Mihail Zahariade (born 1950) is a field archaeologist, Senior researcher in the Institute of Archaeology, Bucarest (Romania). Author of Greek and Latin Inscriptions from Halmyris. Inscriptions on stone, signa, and instrumenta found between 1981 and 2010 (with Cristina-Georgeta Alexandrescu), BAR International Series 2261, Oxford, 2011;  The Thracians in the Roman Imperial Army from the first to the 3rd centuries A.D., Bucharest, 2009; Scythia Minor.
